That said though, if the final third book is in any way representative of the entire book, it certainly merits 5 stars - the limpid clarity of the wr|About the Author|E. P. Ellinger is Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore. Eva Lomnicka is Professor of Law at the University of London. Richard Hooley is University Lecturer in Law Fellow of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
